Pro acid Derm dosage:
Oral administration. Tablets Cats and puppies: 1 tablet/day Dogs from 5 to 10 Kg. bw 2 tablets/day. Dogs from 10 to 20 Kg. bw 3 tablets/day. Dogs over 20 kg bw 4 tablets/day. Oral Solution Cats and puppies: 1 ml 2 times a day. Dogs from 5 to 10 kg bw 2 ml 2 times a day. Dogs from 10 to 20 Kg. bw 3 ml 2 times a day Dogs over 20 Kg. bw 4 ml 2 times a day
Proacid Derm Properties:
Very complete and balanced combination of essential fatty acids (AGE), vitamins and minerals, which results in excellent skin and coat condition. AGEs are not synthesized by the body and must be taken in through the diet. Gamma linolenic acid: Provides flexible and elastic skin, it is a precursor of prostaglandins, which participates in the regeneration of phospholipids in fibroblast membranes, thus providing flexibility and elasticity to the skin. Stearic and oleic acids: Protect the skin from irritating agents, thus calming itching. Omega 3, has 2 essential fatty acids: Eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) Docosahexanoic acid (DHA). Pro acid Derm : they are very effective in the treatment of dermatitis, especially atopic. They have thrombolytic and anti-inflammatory action. Biotin: Essential coenzyme in the metabolism of fats. Its deficiency can occur in skin and hair changes. Inositol: Involved in the biosynthesis of fatty acids. It has lipotropic action (It prevents the formation of fatty liver). Its deficiency causes growth arrest and hair loss. Vitamin A: Maintains the normal structure and function of epithelial cells. Decreases the keratinization of the epithelia. Vitamin E: Antioxidant of lipids, prolongs the biological life of polyunsaturated fatty acids, thus causing the correct stability of cell membranes. In addition, it enhances the immune mechanisms. Vitamin B6: Involved in the metabolism of amino acids. It is essential in the treatment of dermatitis. Zinc: Mineral with antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and healing action. Pro Acid Derm: Helps in the treatment of exudative dermatitis and skin diseases. Calcium: Necessary for the bone mineralization process. Vitamin D3: Formed in the tissues by action of ultraviolet rays, it maintains the circulating level of ionic calcium in the blood, which is essential for many functions of the organism. It is indicated in metabolic disorders.
