COMPOSITION PER ml:
Analog of a pheromone of appeasement of a cat (CAP) of 2%.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Cats perceive pheromones from the environment through an area near the nose. The feline appeasement pheromone is produced and released by the mother after childbirth, in the area of the breasts. This pheromone transmits a sense of calm and security to the litter, helping the kittens and the mother to stay together and have a good relationship between the members of the litter.
Feliway Friends Diffuser and Refill 48 ml is a synthetic copy of this appeasing pheromone and has been shown to reduce conflicts and tension between cats, improving coexistence in homes with more than one cat.
Feliway Friends Diffuser and Refill 48 ml is specific for the feline species. It can only be perceived by cats and has the same meaning for everyone.
It has no sedative effect on people or other animals living in the house.
INDICATIONS
Cats: Feliway Friends Diffuser and Refill 48 ml helps cats live in harmony in the same house, reducing the frequency and intensity of conflicts and tensions between them, such as: fights, persecutions, confrontation, staring at each other, harassing, hunting , run away, hiss, growl, scream, shake the tail, block between them, crouch, shake, bite and hide.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Feliway Friends Diffuser and Refill 48 ml has no contraindications when combining it with any treatment.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
Ambient diffusion for chemoreceptor stimulation.
POSOLOGY
Cats:
- Plug in the diffuser in the room where cats spend the most time (not necessarily where conflicts occur).
- Screw the refill to the diffuser and plug into the current.
- A diffuser for 50 70 m2. For larger spaces it is recommended to use 2 diffusers. Duration of approximately 30 days (48 ml).
- The diffuser must be kept plugged in continuously. Vertical position.
- Every 6 months of continuous use or 6 spare parts used, the diffuser must be renewed.
- Do not plug behind or under furniture, or in places with high ventilation, or in multiple sockets or extension cords.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Use only with a voltage of 220 V 230 V.
- Never use with a voltage adapter or converter.
- The electric diffuser has hot surfaces to evaporate the active ingredients and these surfaces should not be touched during use. Do not cover it or place it under furniture. This could decrease or block the diffusion of the product and leave marks.
- Plug it away from drafts for optimal flow and diffusion of pheromones.
- This electric diffuser should only be used with the Feliway refill. It can be used with both Feliway Friends and Feliway Classic refills. The use of other refills may present a risk of toxicity or fire.
- Do not put it in water. Do not plug it in backwards. The correct position is with the container with liquid (refill) at the bottom.
- Dispose of the content/container at specific waste collection points, in accordance with current regulations.
- Electric diffusers must not be disposed of with household waste but rather in the collection areas provided for this purpose.
OBSERVATIONS
- It is not a medicine.
- In some cases, pharmacological treatment and environmental enrichment (modifications in the environment) may be necessary at the discretion of a specialist veterinarian.
