Krill oil, a small crustacean from the Antarctic, is high in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. The main advantage is that the fatty acids are found in the form of phospholipids instead of triglycerides, as in fish oil, thus being much more bioavailable.
Since cell membranes are made of phospholipids, the most efficient way to get EPA and DHA into cells is in these phospholipids. In this way a greater absorption is achieved, and therefore greater response and speed compared to omega 3 from fish oil, where they are in the form of triglycerides.

Administration:
Recommended maintenance dose for an initial period of 60 days:
Cats and dogs, up to 10 kg in weight: 1 capsule every 2 days.
Dogs over 10 kg: 1 capsule/day for every 10 kg of weight.
At the discretion of the veterinarian, and depending on the state of the animal, the dose can be increased.
